The Department of Psychiatry at Queen’s University, is seeking academic psychiatrists
for the following divisions to assist in the treatment of individuals

with serious and
persistent mental illness. Clinical supervision of medical students, psychiatry residents
and fellows will also be a component of the positions.
• Adult Psychiatry
• Geriatric Psychiatry
• Developmental Disabilities
• Community

Applicants should have senior academic track record and experience in clinical
psychiatry as well as a proven record of research focus. Applicants must demonstrate
outstanding teaching contribution, as well as proven commitment to

exemplary clinical service within an interdisciplinary, collaborative environment.
Successful candidates must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians
and Surgeons of Ontario and preference will be given to applicants who

have specialty
certification from the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada or the
American Board of Specialties.
