What will you do as an

Insurance Advisor at Western?

•Recommend and up-sell Pet Health Insurance policies, focusing on retention and growing the customer base to meet sales targets
•Promote and educate prospective customers on Pet Health Insurance via inbound, outbound

and online programs
•Conducting customer needs analysis to determine appropriate insurance products and coverage levels
•Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in regards to policy details and claims
•Capturing notes on customer interactions

using the PAWS System and following up with customers to obtain accurate information
•Collaborating with the Quality Assurance team on continuous improvement of service and sales protocols and standards

What skills, qualifications and experience should you have to be successful at Western in this role?

•2 years experience in a sales and customer service environment
•Bilingual in English and French
•Acquire and

maintain General Insurance License-required within 6 months of start date in all provinces
•High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships

with clients and colleagues
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment
